Acquiring a House, Housing

To craft a House Deed and other various housing items you will need Building Permits. These can be purchased from a Councillor NPC for a hefty sum of gold or obtained as a rare drop. In addition you need to have your Scribing skill at high enough level and a few other items which can be crafted. The Construction skill is also used when crafting a deed as it requires Housing Modules as well.

When you are ready to build your house, take your deed to an empty house plot but always be weary of other players. It is a good idea to find an empty house plot before crafting a deed so you know which one you will need and where you need to go. Get close to a house plot to see what kind of house it is.
